The Branch manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the academy. They coordinate staff schedules, oversee the development of curriculums and enforce standards, policies and procedures. The Branch manager will serve as the direct liaison between the academy and the corporate team. You will ensure a positive work environment, have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the company by implementing strategies that increase productivity and ensure that targets are achieved.
• A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any related field or qualified to UK Level 3 equivalent in Beauty Therapy, preferably with iTEC or VTCT/City and Guilds CIDESCO/CIBTAC/SAAHSP • VTCT Level 4 Certificate in Leading the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice • Minimum of 10 years’ experience post qualifying in your specialty • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar leadership role • A high standard of personal presentation and work ethics • Experience of working abroad is not essential, however would be an advantage.
