Jen has worked in and been passionate about the spa industry since she left school. Hailing from the East midlands Jen has since worked and travelled around the world using her hair/beauty qualifications and team leading skills to sail into management on board luxury cruise liners for several years before settling in the fabulous city of Manchester. Jen owns her own hair and beauty salon so has first hand experience in the finding and hiring of passionate therapists and other spa staff.
Jen is hard working, driven and ambitious but above all is a goal setter. Setting new and challenging goalposts to reach every year and takes great pleasure in helping others achieve similar success.
